Subject :- Pre-intimation for 2nd Multiple Council meeting.

Our 2nd Multiple Council meeting will be held on Friday, Saturday, Sunday 19th,20th & 21st November 2010 at Hotel Inder Residency, Near Sikarbadi, Govardhan Vilas, Udaipur, Pincode 313001, Rajasthan . & the same will be hosted by District 323 E2 ie. Lion Dr. Alok Vyas District Governor.
Lion Dr. Alok Vyas, Host District Governor & his team have already planned various interesting programs along with meeting for you and your spouse. Entire team is eagerly waiting to welcome you & your Spouse. Entire team is working very hard to make your trip to Udaipur a grand success & memorable one.
Udaipur city is famous as tourist place. Palaces, Lakes, gardens handy crafts. 700 year old beautiful, Rankapur Jain Temple, having 1444 pillars with beautiful carving, Temple of Lord Shreenathji, Temple of Parshuram Mahadev & other various ancient holy places are within the periphery of 100 km from Udaipur.
2nd Multiple Council meeting will commence at 3 pm sharp on Friday 19th November 2010 & conclude at 2 pm on Sunday 21st November.
The Registration charges will be communicated to you by Host Governor in due course
To avoid any inconvenience & disappointment at Eleventh hour you are requested to register your name & conform hotel stay with host Governor well in advance. Special program for spouse will be attraction.
